Here’s my take on this:

Reform move slow. Exiting isn’t a viable option. Development is the only option you control.

The moment you stop waiting for permission and start upgrading yourself, the odds finally tilt in your favor.

Maybe “development” can be an indirect route to “reform.” By improving our individual situations (e.g., building wealth, forming strong relationships), we can positively impact the world around us in expanding circles (e.g., charity, community building).

Everything is interdependent.
